Childress' mission is to exceed each customer’s expectations while shopping with us. If you are unsatisfied, please return items within 15 days of the original ship date for a full refund less the original shipping charge. For a no hassle return, please follow the guidelines below. Return Policy Rules

• All returns must be received within 15 days of the original ship date
• All fabric and trim must be returned in its original shipping condition  
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, Unless Childress is at fault
• A copy of your original order or receipt must be included in the return package.
• Online order returns should include the account number & exp. date of the credit card you wish your refund to be issued.
• Samples can not be returned.
• All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee expect for a mistake made by Childress
